REGISTRY SYSTEM

Features

The Uganda Security Interest in Movable Property Registry System has a number of functionalities for registered users and public users.

The system allows the following types of online operations:

Processing of Client Account Setup
Registration of Notice
Processing of Amendments

● Processing of Updates
● Processing of Renewals
● Processing of Transfers (Partial and Full)
Processing of Search and Search Report (Certified and Uncertified)
Processing Notice of Objection
Processing Cancellation of Notice of Objection
Flagging of Notice
Removal of Flag on Notice
Cancellation of Notice

Registration of Notice of disposal
Registration of Notice of distibution
Registration of Notice of acquisition
Registration of Objection of Notice of acquisition
Registration of Notice of default and enforcement of Creditor's rights
Processing Notice of Discharge due to Satisfaction of Obligation (Partial and Full)
Payment Processing (Electronic Payments)
Generation of Reports
Client Configurations

REGISTERED CLIENTS	UNREGISTERED CLIENTS (PUBLIC CLIENTS)
These can create accounts on the system and they include: financial institutions, individuals, agents, law firms and any institution or individual that intends to perfect their security interest in movable property. Under these accounts they can access the following services; Registration of : An initial notice Amendment notice Discharge notice Default and Enforcement notice Disposal notice Distribution and claim notice Objection notice Cancellation of a notice Conduct a search Generation of Reports For more information please send us an email at simpo@ursb.go.ug	These are basically the general public who do not have an account in the system Therefore they cannot register or cancel any notices.
