These can create accounts on the system and they include: financial institutions, individuals, agents, law firms and any institution or individual that intends to perfect their security interest in movable property.

Under these accounts they can access the following services;

   2. Amendment notice
   3. Discharge notice
   4. Default and Enforcement notice
   5. Disposal notice
   6. Distribution and claim notice
   7. Objection notice
2. Cancellation of a notice
3. Conduct a search
4. Generation of Reports
